TVA Li'l Diggers Guidelines     (Pre K-3rd Grade)

  • Mask wearing is REQUIRED for parents/spectators.
  • Players must wear a mask during activity.  Mask breaks will take place during water breaks, and participants must maintain a 6ft distance of other participants.
  • No more than 1 coach/5 participants.
  • Participants must wash their hands prior to starting camp.  No more than 2 in the restroom at a time.
  • Participants must bring their own water bottle, drinking fountains are not to be used unless to fill your water bottle w/the water bottle filler.
  • Participants will place their water bottle at their parents chair near their court, so as not to gather in groups on water breaks.
  • Social distancing of 6 ft will be used in training.  Skills and drills are made for keeping a 6ft distance.
  • WE WILL PROVIDE EACH PARTICIPANT WITH THEIR OWN BALL. IT IS NUMBERED SO THEY KNOW WHICH BALL IS THEIRS.  BALLS ARE NOT TO BE SHARED. DO NOT BRING A BALL FROM HOME.
  • All equipment used is sanitized after use.
  • Players wash their hands after the camp or session prior to leaving.
  • Parents may watch camps/sessions from the chairs provided by each court. Chairs are not to be moved.

TVA Camp Guidelines (4-12 graders)

  • Mask wearing is REQUIRED for parents/spectators.
  • Players must wear a mask during activity.  Mask breaks will take place during water breaks, and participants must maintain a 6ft distance of other participants.
  • Upon entering the building for a camp, players are required to place bags by the chairs on the main floor, and must social distance within the chair seating.
  • Participants must wash their hands prior to starting camp.  No more than 2 in the restroom at a time.
  • Participants must bring their own water bottle, drinking fountains are not to be used unless to fill your water bottle w/the water bottle filler.
  • Participants will place keep their water bottle at their chair near their court, so as not to gather in groups on water breaks.
  • Social distancing of 6 ft will be used in training.  Skills and drills are made for keeping a 6ft distance.
  • Only one ball cart with 15 balls are used for that court, no other balls may be used. They are numbered so each court will know the volleyballs they are using.
  • Each ball cart and balls are sanitized prior to the camp.
  • Antennas and other equipment used are sanitized after use.
  • Players wash their hands after the lesson prior to leaving.
  • Parents may watch camps from upstairs in the chairs provided. Chairs are not to be moved.

TVA League or Tournament Guidelines

  • During tournaments it will be REQUIRED for spectators to wear masks.
    • No one will be allowed into the facility without a mask. 
    • We cannot assure a 6ft distance during tournaments and our first priority is to keep everyone safe.
    • Spectator seating will be limited due to COVID and social distancing.
      • Each event will stipulate the amount/player allowed.
  • Players must wear a mask entering the building and up to the moment they begin play, this includes wearing a mask for anyone in the captains meeting, they do not have to wear a mask during play, but it is highly recommended.
    • If a player IS NOT wearing a mask and a player on your team or a competing team tests positive that player MUST quarantine for 14 days or until they have a proven two negative tests.
    • If a player IS wearing a mask and a player on your team or a competing team tests positive that player WILL NOT have to quarantine.
  • Participants must bring their own water bottle, drinking fountains are not to be used unless to fill your water bottle w/the water bottle filler.
  • Coaches will wear masks at all times.
  • All staff will wear a mask.
  • Referee's should use an electronic whistle if they have one.  If not, they must keep the whistle under their mask.
  • Game balls will be sanitized between matches
  • Teams will not switch benches during any match.
  • Teams will need to bring their own volleyballs for warm-up.  We will not be sharing volleyballs.
  • Restrooms will be cleaned every two hours.
  • For small tournaments the main entrance can be used for both entering and exiting.
  • For large tournaments (permission must be granted by Sarpy County Health Dept.) we will use the front entrance in one way only entering and exiting.
